Historic ‘Cursed Palace’ of Venice Finds Potential Buyer
After extensive efforts, a buyer has reportedly been found for the historic ‘Ca’ Dario’, known as Venice’s ‘cursed palace’. Located on the Grand Canal, its infamy is linked to past tragedies, including the suicide of former owner Raoul Gackrdini during the Clean Hands investigation in 1993. Originally built in the 15th century for a wealthy notary, the property has seen numerous misfortunes among its owners. While the sale price remains undisclosed, the property was initially listed for €18 million. The mansion features eight bedrooms and a spacious internal courtyard.
