Human Rights Watch Unveils Mass Grave Findings in Damascus Suburb

Human Rights Watch has revealed the discovery of a mass grave in the Tadamon neighborhood of Damascus, Syria, linked to executions by government forces and affiliated militias. The findings, based on an investigation conducted after a rebel coalition took power, include human remains and evidence of mass executions dating back to April 2013. HRW has called on the international community and the transitional Syrian government to secure the site for further forensic investigations to prevent the loss of critical evidence.
