The Mutualité française has reported that health insurance premiums will rise by 5.3% for individuals and 7.3% for employees in 2025, following consecutive increases in previous years. This notification is essential for members to consider potential changes before the end of the year, as new tariffs will be communicated by December 31. Despite projections for a 10% rise in patient out-of-pocket costs, the government budget proposal was not adopted. Éric Chenut, president of Mutualité française, noted that healthcare costs covered by mutual funds increased by 6.4% in 2023.
