Fifteen Indonesian nursing students have filed a lawsuit against Avans+ college in Breda, alleging deception, negligence, and exploitation related to their training and work program in the Netherlands. Promised relocation fees were never received, and the students claim to have worked more hours than allowed on their student visas. Avans+ has expressed regret over the situation, acknowledging that some agreements were not fulfilled as intended.
