The Development Agency of Messinia S.A. and the Municipality of Pylos-Nestor are organizing an informative seminar on exceptional virgin olive oil on January 11, 2025. The event will cover topics such as olive cultivation in relation to climate change, legislative challenges, sensory evaluation of olive oil, and the creation of tasting spaces. Aimed at producers, processors, and gastronomy professionals, the seminar is part of the interlocal cooperation project ‘Selected Greek Flavors II: Greek Gastronomy Culture’.
