The incident occurred shortly after midnight on November 24, prompting concerns about passenger safety and the management of risks at the station. This follows previous incidents on the London Underground where passengers were similarly injured. The Rail Accident Investigation Branch will review safety measures, particularly regarding the gap between platforms and trains.
