Details are emerging about the explosion of a Tesla truck outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, where investigators discovered the body of a man with a gunshot wound to the head. Sheriff Kevin McMahill stated it is believed the individual, identified as Matthew Alan L., a Green Beret, took his own life prior to the detonation.
