New York police believe they have found the backpack of the suspect involved in the murder of UnitedHealthcare executive Brian Thompson. The backpack was located in Central Park during a search aided by dogs and drones. Police have identified video footage showing the suspect taking a taxi to a bus station. Evidence, including fingerprints and DNA, is being processed, but the suspect’s identity and motive remain unknown. Thompson, who was attending an investment conference, was critically injured and later died at the hospital.
