An Iranian official has announced the emergence of a ‘new resistance’ against Israel in Syria, despite the decline of Bashar al-Assad’s regime. Ali Akbar Ahmadian, a close associate of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, highlighted the continuity and strengthening of resistance movements in the region, particularly linking Iran with groups like Hezbollah and Hamas. He assured that Iran’s nuclear doctrine remains unchanged and emphasized the role of Oman as a mediator with Western nations, especially the United States.
