Israeli Airstrike Kills Two Palestinians in Tubas Amid Rising West Bank Violence
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported the deaths of two men, aged 26 and 32, due to an Israeli airstrike in Tubas, West Bank. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed the strike targeted armed individuals during an operation. Tensions have escalated in the West Bank following the outbreak of war in Gaza, sparked by a significant Hamas attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023. Since then, over 790 Palestinians and at least 24 Israelis have been killed in ongoing violence.
