Israeli Forces Begin Withdrawal from Nakura, Lebanon after Ceasefire
Amos Hochstein, the American envoy, announced that Israeli forces have started their withdrawal from the border town of Nakura in southern Lebanon. This marks over a month since the ceasefire between the Israeli army and Hezbollah came into effect. Hochstein stated that the withdrawal will continue until all Israeli forces have left Lebanon, as the Lebanese army advances southward to the Blue Line, the border demarcation established by the UN.
