The Israeli military has attacked at least six vessels of the Syrian navy in a strike at the Syrian port of Latakia, according to British shipping company Ambrey. Video evidence reportedly shows one naval ship sinking, while five others have also been submerged. A Syrian security source noted that the Israeli army targeted an air defense facility in the area, following recent upheaval against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
