Jury Deliberates in Conor McGregor’s Civil Rape Case
A jury at the High Court in Dublin has begun deliberations in a civil case where Conor McGregor is accused of raping Nikita Hand at a hotel in December 2018. Following two weeks of evidence, the jury must decide whether McGregor assaulted Hand and, if so, what damages should be awarded. McGregor has denied the allegations, stating the encounter was consensual. Justice Owens advised the jury to consider all evidence carefully and warned against discussing the case outside the deliberation room.
