Rugby player Kevin Sinfield has commenced a remarkable week-long run of over 230 miles across the UK to raise funds for motor neurone disease (MND) in honor of his late teammate Rob Burrow. Sinfield, who has raised around £10 million in previous efforts, kicked off this year’s challenge at Liverpool’s Santa Dash, joined by supporters and members of the MND community. The Prince of Wales has praised Sinfield’s commitment, labeling it a fitting tribute to Burrow’s legacy.
