In response to advancing Russian forces, Kharkiv Governor Oleg Synegubov announced the evacuation of ten more communities, particularly near Borova on the eastern bank of the Oskil River. Since September 10, approximately 6,500 residents, including 500 children, have been displaced. Evacuation orders have also been issued for areas surrounding Kupiansk, a strategic rail hub. Russian troops have been gradually pushing towards Kupiansk, with another target identified as Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region.
