The Municipality of Kozani has introduced an online payment system called ‘epay’ that allows residents to settle their verified debts using credit or debit cards. This new service aims to enhance the quality of electronic payment services, reduce transaction times, and improve cash flow. The platform, Open1|EasyPay, provides round-the-clock remote service, eliminating the need for physical presence or cash payments. It also ensures the security of banking transactions with real-time updates on financial status.
