Léon Marchand Withdraws from World Swimming Championships for Health Reasons

French swimmer Léon Marchand has decided to withdraw from the upcoming World Championships in Budapest, citing exhaustion after a demanding year. National technical director Julien Issoulié praised the decision as wise and courageous.
