Light Snowfall Hits Eastern Achaea, Greece
On Saturday morning, light snowfall occurred in eastern Achaea and the town of Kalavryta, although significant snow accumulation was not reported. Snowplows were promptly deployed to ensure all roads remained open, and traffic is currently smooth without the need for anti-slip chains. However, drivers are advised to carry chains as a precaution. Snow clearance efforts continue in areas including Pounta-Kalavryta and towards the ski center.
