The Governor of North Aegean, Konstantinos Moutzouris, has signed a contract for the renovation and modernization of the Thermal Baths in Therma, with a budget of €1,025,122.14 and a completion deadline of 700 days. Simultaneously, a competition is underway to optimize the neighboring Scharltza Palace despite challenges.
