Malaysia to Resume Search for Missing Flight MH370 After 10 Years
The Malaysian government has agreed to resume the search for Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, which disappeared in 2014. Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced a $70 million deal with US-based Ocean Infinity, under a ‘no find, no fee’ arrangement. The new search will cover a 15,000 sq km area in the southern Indian Ocean, using newly identified credible data. The search aims to provide closure for the families of the 239 people on board, as previous efforts have not located the wreckage.
