Man Loses Leg During Packrafting Rescue in Tasmania
A 60-year-old man lost his leg during a packrafting incident in Tasmania after becoming trapped between rocks in the Franklin River. Rescuers attempted multiple methods to free him but ultimately made the difficult decision to amputate his trapped leg after his condition worsened.
