Dimitris Eseridis, the Mayor of Almyros, will meet with Agriculture Minister Kostas Tsiaras and Secretary General Georgios Stratakos on December 16, 2024, to address the urgent issue of dead livestock discarded by irresponsible farmers in local streams. The meeting aims to find solutions for the health concerns affecting local farmers with over 10,000 livestock. Eseridis will also travel to Athens on December 17 for further discussions with Interior Minister Theodoros Livanios.
