The Greek community in Melbourne celebrated the arrival of 2025 with lively festivities, including house parties and community dances. The New Year’s Eve party hosted by the Greek Community of Oakleigh showcased vibrant participation, featuring Father Stavros Kakavas impressing attendees with his dance skills. Additionally, the philanthropic association of Nafpaktos held a New Year’s dance that exceeded expectations, drawing over 500 attendees who enjoyed delicious food and traditional Greek music and dance until dawn.
