A young girl from the Mastaba neighborhood was reported missing for nearly three hours after disappearing right before her mother and grandmother’s eyes. The incident occurred shortly after her grandmother picked her up from school. Police conducted an extensive search in the area and ultimately located the child in a friend’s house. Concern surrounded the child’s decision to visit without parental consent, as this behavior was uncharacteristic. She was safely returned to her relieved mother.
