The mother of Pankaj Lamba, the prime suspect in the murder of Harshita Brella, expressed disbelief over the allegations against her son. Sunil Devi reported that the couple appeared happy during their last conversation on November 10, the day police believe Brella was murdered in Corby, Northamptonshire. Her body was found four days later in London. Lamba, previously involved in a domestic violence protection order, is believed to be in India. Devi is conflicted over the situation as her family faces shame and despair, unsure of their son’s whereabouts.
