A 47-year-old man, identified as Mounir C., was found beaten to death in the lobby of a building in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The incident occurred late on November 19 into the early hours of November 20. Firefighters were called to the scene where the victim was in cardiac arrest. The Paris prosecutor’s office has confirmed that an investigation for murder has been initiated and is being handled by the criminal brigade. Mounir C. was known to law enforcement.
