A 71-year-old man has tested positive for Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV) and is hospitalized in Greece. His 60-year-old wife, however, has tested negative for the virus according to the latest hospital reports. The Hellenic National Public Health Organization confirmed the case, stating that HMPV is not a new virus in Greece and there is currently no cause for public concern.
