The Municipality of Prespa has announced a new debt settlement initiative as part of the law aimed at assisting vulnerable debtors. The plan allows for debts incurred until October 31, 2024, to be settled through various payment options with significant reductions on penalties and interest rates. Eligible parties include both vulnerable individuals and legal entities. Applications must be submitted by January 31, 2025, to take advantage of the settlement options, which can include up to 60 monthly installments.
