The Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy, represented by Deputy Minister Alexandra Sdoukou, announced the upcoming launch of the new Energeioko program, which aims to assist citizens in enhancing their homes’ energy efficiency. Applications will be accepted starting January 2024, with a focus on old homes. The budget for this fifth installment is 434 million euros, with up to 35,000 euros available for homeowners. Special provisions will be made for vulnerable households and those affected by natural disasters. Detailed information will be released shortly.
