New Oncology Center Opens in Thessaloniki: A $35 Million Investment in Cancer Care
The International Oncology Center, inaugurated in Thessaloniki with Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis in attendance, represents a €35 million investment and is set to commence operations in December. This state-of-the-art facility features 120 chemotherapy beds, advanced PET/CT systems, and specialized treatment areas aimed at providing comprehensive care for cancer patients. Minister Georgiadis emphasized the center’s significance as a leading cancer treatment hub in Southeast Europe, aiming to enhance healthcare services and improve patient outcomes across northern Greece and the Balkans.
