Switzerland has launched a new recycling program for e-cigarettes, allowing users to collect used vapes in special recycling bags. The aim is to significantly increase the current 20% disposal rate of the 10 million vapes imported annually. These bags can hold up to 170 vapes and can be mailed for free. Additionally, there are ongoing discussions about a potential nationwide ban on single-use e-cigarettes, which has gained support in the Nationalrat.
