New Rental Regulations Target Energy-Intensive Homes in France

Starting Wednesday, energy-intensive homes classified as G will no longer be available for rent under new contracts. Jolly highlights the challenges faced by both tenants seeking housing and discouraged property owners navigating complex regulations and financial issues.
