Nine Additional Suspects Released in Halkidiki Corruption Case
In Halkidiki, nine out of twenty-one individuals arrested in a corruption investigation involving local building departments appeared before the investigative judge. By late evening, all accused were released under various restrictive conditions, with some required to pay bail amounts ranging from €5,000 to €100,000. While most had restrictions such as exit bans, four were released without conditions. Another suspect opted to postpone their testimony until Monday. This follows the release of the first twelve suspects, who had similar conditions imposed.
