North Korea has sent new shipments of artillery systems and rocket launchers to Russia to support its military operations in Ukraine. South Korean lawmaker Lee Seong-kyu reported that mobile 170mm artillery and long-range 240mm rocket launchers were delivered, along with personnel for maintenance. The South Korean intelligence service estimates that around 11,000 North Korean soldiers have been deployed to Russia, with some already engaged in military operations. This development has prompted South Korea to reconsider its stance on arms delivery to Ukraine.
