North Macedonia’s GDP Grows by 3% in Q3 2024

North Macedonia’s GDP experienced a 3% increase in the third quarter of 2024, according to estimates from the National Statistical Office. Household consumption rose by 3.9%, contributing significantly to GDP composition. Exports grew by 2%, while imports fell by 1%. Prime Minister Christian Mitskoski highlighted the growth since his administration took office in June. However, the World Bank forecasts a modest annual growth of 1.8% for 2024, the lowest in the region, compared to projections of 2.3% by the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia.
