Organic Carrots Recalled Due to E. Coli Outbreak in the US

A recall of organic and baby carrots has been initiated across the US following a deadly E. coli outbreak that has resulted in one fatality. The CDC has reported 39 cases, with 15 individuals currently hospitalized across 18 states. The affected products, distributed by Grimmway Farms, were sold at major supermarkets, including Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Consumers are advised to discard the recalled items or return them for a refund.
