Othman El B., a 36-year-old Dutch drug criminal, has been arrested in Dubai at the request of Belgian authorities. Known as a significant figure in the Antwerp drug scene, El B. is already serving a seven-year sentence for smuggling 800 kilograms of cocaine. Additionally, he faces a potential 20-year sentence for another case involving 11 tons of cocaine. El B. is also linked to a tragic incident where his 11-year-old niece was killed during a drive-by shooting in Antwerp.
