Oxfam Reports Dire Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza as Aid Deliveries Fall Short
Oxfam has revealed that only 12 out of 34 humanitarian aid trucks managed to distribute water and food in northern Gaza over the past two and a half months. The organization criticized Israel for systematic delays and obstruction, exacerbating the crisis affecting 2.4 million Palestinians. The International Court is being urged to assess Israel’s humanitarian responsibilities, amidst widespread accusations of genocide against Palestinians. The ongoing conflict has resulted in over 45,000 Palestinian casualties and more than 1,200 Israelis since the escalation on October 7, 2023.
