Santiago Peña, the President of Paraguay, was hospitalized on Monday night after experiencing discomfort at the G20 summit in Brazil. Reports indicate he felt chest pains, leading to his transport to a hospital in Rio de Janeiro. Paraguay’s Vice President, Pedro Alliana, confirmed that Peña is undergoing medical tests and is in stable condition. Although Paraguay is not a G20 member, Peña was invited by Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to attend the summit.
