For the second consecutive year, Parga Municipality achieved the highest score of 39.42 in the category of ‘Mid-sized Municipalities of Epirus,’ ranking notably high in the national effectiveness index concerning governance, financial management, service provision, sustainability, and civil protection actions. The results of the 2023 Municipal Effectiveness Index study were published by the Center for Liberal Studies and the Center for International and European Political Economy and Governance of the University of Peloponnese.
