A crack was discovered beneath the ramp, prompting a wait for certification to safely return to Alexandroupolis. Passengers have been waiting since 6 PM for the technical issue to be resolved. The ‘Ionis’ had replaced the ‘Adamantios Korais’ for its regular route from Alexandroupolis to Samothraki during maintenance.
