The ferry ‘El. Venizelos’ returned promptly to Souda Port in Chania after departing for Piraeus due to a high school student experiencing severe illness. The student, part of a school trip from central Greece, was transported to Chania Hospital by an ambulance. The ferry eventually resumed its journey around 11:30 PM, heading towards Attica.
