Persistent Rainfall Forecasted Across Greece This Week
Greece is bracing for continued rainy weather with a significant deterioration expected on Friday, according to meteorologist Panagiotis Giannopoulos. On Saturday, heavy and prolonged rains are anticipated in eastern regions, particularly Evia, eastern Thessaly, and east Sterea. While the weather is set to improve in the Ionian and mainland areas by Sunday, Crete and the Dodecanese will still experience rain until midday. Temperatures will vary, reaching up to 24 degrees Celsius in southern regions but expected to drop significantly over the weekend, especially in the north.
