Pharmacy Workers in North Brabant and Limburg to Strike for Better Pay

Pharmacy staff in North Brabant and Limburg are set to strike for four days starting tomorrow, demanding a new collective labor agreement (cao). Hundreds from 438 pharmacies are participating, following previous stoppages aimed at securing better pay. The unions FNV and CNV are advocating for a minimum wage increase of 6 percent retroactive to July 1 and a minimum hourly wage of 16 euros. This action follows a significant demonstration in The Hague that drew thousands of supporters last week.
