On January 2, 2025, a targeted police operation in Corinthia led to the arrest of eight individuals. The operation was conducted by various police departments and focused on areas with socially homogeneous communities. During the operation, authorities checked 128 individuals, bringing 19 in for questioning, with charges including theft of electricity, traffic violations, and drug-related offenses. Additionally, a small amount of cannabis was confiscated, and 74 traffic violations were documented.
