A surprise police operation at the Agia prison in Chania led to the discovery of illegal substances and weapons. During the raid, law enforcement uncovered 26.7 grams of cocaine, 80.5 grams of cannabis, and five homemade knives in the cell of a 37-year-old inmate, who is incarcerated for multiple serious crimes, including attempted murder and robbery.
