Authorities in Mallow, Co Cork, are set to conduct a post-mortem examination on the body of 31-year-old Paula Canty, discovered in her apartment. Canty, originally from Kinsale, had recently relocated to Mallow. Gardaí responded to the scene yesterday and are currently undertaking a forensic investigation and door-to-door inquiries. They are appealing for information from anyone who was in the vicinity on Thursday night or Friday morning.
