The Hellenic Archaeological Society, in collaboration with the City of Athens Cultural, Sports, and Youth Organization, will host the premiere of the documentary ‘Skammata’ directed by Danae Stylianou on December 13, 2024. This documentary explores the personal memories and collective trauma stemming from the 1974 events in Cyprus, featuring insights from notable archaeologists including Marguerite Yon and Jennifer Webb. Admission is free, and a discussion with the film’s contributors will follow the screening.
