Public sector workers in Greece are scheduled to protest today, December 11, demanding salary increases and the reinstatement of the 13th and 14th salaries. The protest, organized by the civil servants’ union ADEDY, will take place in Thessaloniki at 12:30 PM, accompanied by a work stoppage from noon until the end of the working day. Similar demonstrations are expected in front of the Greek Parliament in Athens as the budget is set to be voted on.
