The Greek Weightlifting Championship premiered at the Olympic Sports Center of Athens with remarkable performances. Angelos Kanavas set a national record in the men’s category, lifting 146 kg in the snatch and a total of 314 kg. Andreas Veseli achieved three national records in the youth category, while Pavlos Spyrou also broke a youth record. Over 210 athletes from 42 clubs across Greece are participating in the event, which continues until Sunday.
